Technical Support/Customer Service. Position provides product support to customers and assistance to the Tuffy sales department.
Applicant must be able to learn and understand mechanical product features and have a general knowledge of automobile makes and models.
This position requires the ability to read and interpret written instructions, quickly trouble-shoot product and installation issues and articulate clear solutions to the customer by phone, email, and online.
Sales experience a plus, but not required.
Applicant must also be organized and self-motivated.
Requires adequate typing skills and the basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, and order entry software.
